People Operations Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our People Services team as a key member responsible for managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Shared Services or HR roles, with a proven track record of delivering strong results during change and ambiguity. They will be able to lead a customer-centric and efficient team, remodel transactional service delivery, and introduce measures of customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team to ensure efficient management of employee lifecycle enquiries and activities
  • Remodelling transactional service delivery through process improvements
  • Introducing measures of customer satisfaction and reviewing Service Level Agreements and KPIs
  • Providing high-quality People Services to meet Service Level Agreements and KPIs
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of the People Services strategic plan
  • Partnering with business unit and group functional teams through issue resolution

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders. They will also be comfortable contributing to the development of capability programs and ensuring they are delivered within approved budgets.
