About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join CROSSMARK Australia as a Sales Representative, where you will be responsible for building effective relationships with your customer base in the Independent Grocery space and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising and activating promotional activity.
  • Maintain weekly/monthly call cycle to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Grow existing customer base and secure new customers in your territory.
  • Negotiate volume & distribution commitments, with optimized shelf positioning and new product ranging.
  • Ensure execution of the client's strategic vision along with executing marketing initiatives.
  • Overnight regional (visits required).

What You'll Need:

  • Demonstrated sales or customer service background with FMCG Independent Grocery experience - essential
  • A natural people's person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • You will have basic tech-proficiencies with MS Office, email and CRM systems
  • Self-starter and comfortable working autonomously while engaging and contributing to team success
  • Excellent time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • An organised approach to planning in advance
  • An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure
  • A valid Australian drivers license and car
