**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead our In Home Care branch during a 6-month maternity leave. This role offers significant opportunities for staff development and internal promotion, as well as benefits such as use of a company fleet vehicle, corporate benefits, and the satisfaction of making a difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NDIS Support Services, experience managing a branch providing services directly to NDIS participants, and exceptional leadership skills. Additionally, they should have financial acumen, including experience managing a profit and loss statement, and a valid driving license.

  • Overseeing the branch's financial indicators, leading sales and account management planning.
  • Developing a positive branch culture and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
