Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled business leader to manage our sales operations at a leading financial institution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales and Partnership
    • Identify, onboard, and activate new B2B partners for mutual fund and insurance product distribution.
    • Achieve sales targets for mutual funds and insurance across life, general, and health categories.
  • Cross-Selling and Relationship Management
    • Promote cross-selling of financial products through partner networks.
    • Maintain strong and long-term relationships with sub-brokers, mutual fund distributors (MFDs), and insurance advisors.
  • Training and Support
    • Provide regular product updates, training, and support to partners to increase business volumes.
  • Industry Knowledge and Insights
    • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies.
    • Provide insights and feedback from the field to the product and marketing teams.
  • Compliance and Record Keeping
    • Ensure partners comply with SEBI/IRDAI regulations and internal compliance standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, partner interactions, and deal closures.
  • Primary Support Contact
    • Serve as the primary support contact for all mutual fund and insurance-related queries.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Certifications
    • AMFI & IRDAI certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of joining).
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of mutual fund and insurance products.
    • Excellent B2B sales and negotiation skills.
    • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
    • Self-driven, target-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
