Job Overview

This senior executive role involves overseeing various administrative tasks such as office maintenance, inventory management, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities include ensuring efficient functioning of office facilities, maintaining records, and updating documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure office facilities and support services are running efficiently.
  • Maintain and update administrative records.
Procurement & Purchase Orders
  • Create and manage purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Maintain records of purchase requests and vendor details.
Accounting & Invoicing
  • Verify and process invoices against purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for payment processing and invoice reconciliation.
  • Support month-end closing by ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administration, procurement, or accounting-related roles.
  • Skills:
  • Good understanding of basic accounting concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
