Job Description

As the leader of a dynamic organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all business functions. This includes leading growth strategies, customer relationships, and business development in sales; ensuring innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions in design and engineering; maintaining efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in production and workshop; and ensuring safe, timely, and professional execution in site installation and delivery.

A core focus of this role is building, developing, and empowering high-performing teams. You'll foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring every department works together toward shared goals.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate proven leadership experience in a similar management position, with a strong track record of building and developing teams. You should also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate others, as well as business acumen and strategic thinking.

The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They will be able to deliver practical, on-the-ground outcomes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a leader who can come from either a production/workshop background or a sales/business development background in the agricultural industry. The right candidate will be able to manage the other areas of the business effectively and drive growth, operational excellence, and people development.
