**Job Overview**
Sales and business development managers are key players in driving revenue growth for organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key client accounts to ensure long-term relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Drive new business development through strategic market analysis and targeted outreach to potential clients in the mining, oil & gas, and construction sectors
- Create and execute tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and product solutions that align with client expectations
- Utilize CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) to manage client information, track sales activities, and report on progress
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth and success
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business development manager or in a similar sales role within the mining, oil & gas, or construction sectors
- A strong client-focused approach with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track and manage client interactions
- A strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and drive business development efforts effectively
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, stay motivated, and deliver results
