
Sales Growth Executive

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our digital government and finance solutions across Western Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your talent for engaging with clients and understanding their business imperatives, and how our services and solutions can enable their success.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify, qualify, develop, and present propositions/solutions that meet customer needs
- Work with Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Portfolio Managers to qualify opportunities, develop quotes, and proposals, and close new business sales
- Deliver presentations internally and directly to prospects to position our value proposition
- Develop, manage, and deliver accurate business documentation supporting short- and long-term sales forecasts and pipeline, in line with our business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5 years) in sales roles in relevant products or industries
- Proven experience in managing large, complex sales processes (lead identification, qualification through to closure)
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the business (executive through to technical teams)
- Strong knowledge and experience of our solutions (commercially/technically)
- Management of lengthy and complex sales cycles
- Ability to work closely and build relationships with other Sales and Solution Professionals in a collaborative and supportive manner
- Ability to professionally structure, present, and close high-value solution offerings
