About this role
The Sydney Facilities Operations Coordinator will lead day-to-day client activities at our Sydney office, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, able to balance multiple priorities and build strong relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting and assisting visitors, staff, and employment candidates.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including creating documents, spreadsheets, publications, and signage.
- Act as a liaison between office staff and facilities management for service requests.
- Verify accurate invoicing for deliveries, goods, and services.
- Assist with general facilities duties to ensure provision of office services and supplies.
- Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure safe, clean, and organized office spaces.
- Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance.
- Understand and comply with all EHS arrangements or instructions.
What you'll need
- Prior facilities experience in a corporate setting.
- Financial management/budgeting experience.
Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum
