Customer Relationship Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our Direct Sales Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our personal and auto loan products.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with existing customers to provide a seamless experience from inquiry to completion. This includes managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer email enquiries, live chat, and supporting customers throughout their loan journey.

To succeed in this role, you must be a strong communicator with the ability to build internal and external relationships quickly and effectively. You should also be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and high-energy environment.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management and organisation skills, as well as the ability to use CRM systems to manage customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing customers to provide a seamless experience from inquiry to completion
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer email enquiries, live chat, and support customers throughout their loan journey
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to a positive team culture
  • Accurately update and manage our CRM platform
