We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying and supporting customers' financial needs, and facilitating referrals to specialist teams.
About the Role- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular contact and proactive lead management.
- Provide expert advice on financial products and services, and execute customer loan maintenance needs.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to coach and develop Customer Service Officers.

About You- At least 2 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in consumer lending.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
