Job Overview:As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll embark on a journey to guide new customers through their onboarding process and foster long-term relationships to ensure they derive ongoing value from our solutions. Your focus will be on proactive client engagement, providing support and platform training, and identifying opportunities for upsell and retention.
- Onboard and train new customers post-signup to offer comprehensive support and platform training.
- Regularly review usage, address challenges, and prevent churn every 6 months.
- Engage in daily outbound calls to educate, support, and nurture customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional features or products through meaningful conversations and live demos.
- Manage a regional portfolio of Bronze-tier accounts and build strong client relationships.
- Contribute to the improvement of user experience by sharing feedback with the Product team.
Essential Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need 2+ years' experience in customer-facing environments, a growth mindset, and strong communication skills.
