Key responsibilities include:

  • Building rapport with job seekers and employers to understand their needs and goals
  • Identifying and matching job seekers with suitable employment opportunities
  • Providing support and guidance to job seekers throughout the employment process

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as those with disability or health conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
