National Distribution Manager

As a National Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our distribution network across the plant and fruit supply chains. Your strategic leadership skills will ensure smooth operations across our 4 DCs.

  • Leading regional managers to optimize DC performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support broader supply chain strategy.
  • Reviewing and enhancing distribution network protocols and SOPs.
  • Ensuring DCs meet Heavy Vehicle Regulations and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing P&L performance across the distribution network.

To excel in this role, applicants must possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in supply chain management are advantageous.
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and developing high-performance teams.
  • Exposure to cold chain storage is desirable.
  • Ability to apply a continuous improvement approach.
  • Safety consciousness and understanding of warehouse safety systems.
  • Ability to travel interstate regularly.
