Job Description:

We are seeking an organised and proactive individual passionate about health promotion to join our team as a Project Administrator for a full-time, fixed-term position until June 2026. In this role, you will support the development, coordination, and implementation of project deliverables. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, including planning, tracking, reporting, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and coordinate Partnership Program administrative support functions, including project meetings and documentation management (scheduling, agenda preparation, minute taking, presentations, onboarding, and resource and asset implementation).
  • Liaise with project teams and stakeholders for data capture, milestone verification, and facilitate communications.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc project reports and maintain project registers and documentation.
  • Manage the procurement of goods/services and ensure smooth communication flow among stakeholders.
  • Resolve operational issues and assist in developing efficient processes for the Partnership Program.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Completion of a diploma qualification with considerable relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of health promotion project management frameworks/methodologies.
  3. Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to organise time and work activities according to priorities and to meet deadlines.
  4. Demonstrated interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated effective written communication skills with the ability to construct clear and concise correspondence and documentation.
  6. Advanced digital literacy skills, specifically in the Microsoft Office Suite.
