We offer a competitive remuneration package of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of your role in supporting our commercial team's delivery obligations. This position works on a Monday to Friday roster, allowing for a great work-life balance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including:

  • Assisting with preparation of claims and variations under the head contract and assigned subcontracts
  • Partnering with the project team to review and certify subcontractor progress payment claims
  • Providing commercial and contract advice to project teams managing assigned subcontracts

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in commercial or contracts administration on EPC projects
  • Recent experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers
  • Proficiency in using Corporate Management software packages, preferably SAP, NPP, and Vision
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
