Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our small projects team at our Henderson corporate offices. This role will suit someone who is agile, can think on their feet, and enjoys challenges. Flexible work arrangements are available for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the project management team in delivering general administration duties
  • Organise travel and accommodation bookings
  • Prepare presentations and manage diaries
  • Manage meeting minutes and project organisational charts
  • Interface with support services and project teams
  • Conduct cost controlling, including invoicing and expense claims
  • Coordinate inductions and file documents
  • Assist logistics and engineers with procurement
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills
