Project Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our Project Ceres Team at Clough Group. As a key member of our in-house resourcing function, you will provide administrative support across the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Administer project-specific documents and site entry requirements.
- Schedule interviews, medicals, and related assessments.
- Conduct phone screening and reference checks.
- Maintain recruitment and HR records through Workday and other related systems.
- Issue new starters' packs and ensure all documentation is completed, collected, and electronically filed in Workday.
- Assist with compliance reporting, including licenses, tickets, emergency contact, insurance, visas, etc.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, employees, supervisors, and clients.
- Highly motivated and process-driven individual with a strong eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced project environment, ideally with a background in both blue and white-collar recruitment teams.
