Job Description:

As a seasoned construction professional, this role involves spearheading project delivery from inception to completion. Project Managers will be responsible for establishing comprehensive project programmes, managing construction risk, and ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate project programmes to team members
  • Ensure construction programmes are followed and deliver on project quality to programme
  • Identify and manage construction risk through all projects
  • Manage project expenditure and cash flow effectively
  • Coordinate external engineering design aspects of projects
  • Project planning and management
  • Oversee subcontractors on site
  • Maintain HSEQ requirements on the project
  • Produce regular progress reports
  • Deliver and manage client expectations seamlessly
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in delivering refurb/new build or remedial projects successfully
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
  • Detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements/standards
  • Strong planning and project financial reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Construction Safety Induction (white) card
