Senior Construction Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Leader to join our team. As a Senior Construction Leader, you will be responsible for leading commercial construction projects from site set-up to final handover and defect rectification.

You will ensure safety is front and centre, setting up sites to relevant health and safety standards, and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site employees for smooth delivery. You will work closely with senior management to keep projects on time and within scope, maintaining accurate site records, daily reporting, and running effective team meetings.

You will build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Your skills will be utilised to mentor and develop junior staff members, driving excellence across the business.

The skills we need:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role delivering commercial construction projects
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with all stakeholders
  • Relevant trade, tertiary, and health and safety qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused mindset
