Proposal Development Manager

The Commercial Operations group oversees pre-sales activities, including commercial management, bid and quote, price lists management, and bid and proposal management.
This role is responsible for managing small to mid-size proposals in accordance with the ANZ proposal management procedure, including unsolicited proposals, quotes, pricing, and renewals. Responsibilities include completing response documents, identifying and costing clients and third-party labor.
Larger proposals are typically coordinated by the Bid Management team.
We develop and review quotations for integration services in support of sales proposals, including schedules, work breakdowns, resources, risk budgets, and third-party providers.
Customer proposal documents, such as Statements of Work (SOW), must be created/coordinate.
About You- You're an engineering or project management graduate.
- You have 2-3 years of related experience in a strategy/planning/project coordination/sales development role or related environment.
- You have experience in project coordination/management, proposal management, service management, engineering management, sales, product planning or development, business development or strategy, enterprise service delivery.
