Key Responsibilities:
- Build performance frameworks that keep leaders honest.
- Automate, streamline, and reinvent people ops processes.
- Run talent acquisition like a high-performance sales funnel.
- Embed rituals that stick and close the loop on eNPS.
- Ensure fair and fast ER and compliance resolution.
- Provide data-driven insights through dashboards and trend analysis.
- 5+ years in People & Culture or People Ops leadership.
- Performance management expertise, including frameworks and leader enablement.
- Strong ER/IR and Fair Work knowledge.
- Talent acquisition systems experience.
- HRIS/automation capability, preferably with Rippling.
- Data literacy, including dashboard creation and workforce insights.
