Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of others? We have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Business Partner to join our team.

This role is at the forefront of championing successful independents, driving the Group People Strategy with a local flavor to meet the unique needs of our Food pillar. You will be the go-to expert for passionate leaders, creating constructive cultures where employees feel a strong sense of belonging and connection.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will support 3 Food executives and their teams, delivering projects that improve culture and employee experience across the Food business. Your expertise will help drive talent development, organizational change, and capability building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans to drive cultural transformation and improve employee engagement
  • Support senior leaders in developing strategic people plans and executing major business changes
  • Identify and design initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the Food sector

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in P&C/Human Resources Business Partnerships at Senior Leadership level
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build collaborative relationships, and leverage data to drive insights
  • Experience in facilitating processes associated with the people lifecycle to deliver quality outcomes
