Key Role in Quality Leadership

This is a critical position where you will play a key role in quality leadership across multi-billion-dollar mining and renewable energy projects.

Project Overview
  • The successful candidate will be involved in all project phases: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.

You will work on delivering large-scale projects that power green industries worldwide, contributing to the growth of the sector.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation of our Client's Quality Management Framework across projects.
  • Develop and deliver Quality Strategies, Plans, and resource forecasts in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Oversee and mentor project quality teams, ensuring deliverables align with schedule, budget, and standards.
  • Set and monitor quality expectations for contracts, tenders, and suppliers.
  • Facilitate training, audits, inspections, and risk-based assessments to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Promote a positive quality culture and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or significant quality management experience in major projects.
  • Evidence of Electrical trade background essential.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Quality Lead or Senior Quality Advisor in mining, energy, or infrastructure.
  • A strong background in risk-based quality assessment, audits, and contractor / supplier engagement.
  • Familiarity with OEM providers and EPC / EPCM environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a passion for renewable energy.
