Renewable Energy Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support professional to provide exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and responsible, and have a strong ability to analyze complex electronic circuits.
- Provide remote or on-site after-sales technical support via email, phone, and messaging to overseas customers.
- Collect and summarize information on important product issues and coordinate with the quality assurance team for quality improvements.
- Visit customer sites to resolve user problems when necessary.
- Guide and support the installation, monitoring, and later operation and maintenance of home solar power systems.
- Train installers and end-users on product use and after-sales processes.
- Power electronics, electrical engineering, or automation-related majors (bachelor's degree or above) preferred; experience in the renewable energy industry preferred.
- Proficient computer and office software skills.
- Proactive, responsible, good communication and teamwork, and strong execution of targets.
- Proficient and fluent in English; strong customer service orientation.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to undertake field service.
