This is a key leadership role in quality management, responsible for delivering large-scale projects across the mining and renewable energy sectors.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of our client's quality management framework across projects.
- Develop and deliver quality strategies, plans, and resource forecasts in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee and mentor project quality teams to ensure deliverables align with schedule, budget, and standards.
- Set and monitor quality expectations for contracts, tenders, and suppliers.
- Facilitate training, audits, inspections, and risk-based assessments to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
- Promote a positive quality culture and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or significant quality management experience in major projects.
- Electrical trade background essential.
- 5+ years' experience as a Quality Lead or Senior Quality Advisor in mining, energy, or infrastructure.
- Strong background in risk-based quality assessment, audits, and contractor/supplier engagement.
- Familiarity with OEM providers and EPC/EPCM environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a passion for renewable energy.
