Located in the heart of Coolangatta, our hotel and apartment complex offers a unique blend of relaxation and excitement. With its stunning views of the Tweed River and direct access to the beautiful Greenmount beach, our property is an ideal choice for those seeking a tranquil getaway or an action-packed adventure.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to join our team at Mantra Twin Towns Hotel & Apartments. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the caretaking responsibilities of our residential scheme and ensuring the upkeep of our building.

Job Description:
  • Execute the role of Building Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with a large team.
  • Bld strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including residents, staff, and external service providers.
  • Supervise the Public Area team to maintain a high quality of work and ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
  • Present regular reports to the Residential Body Corporate Committee on all caretaking matters.
  • Arrange works per the Committee's request and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • A strong attention to detail in building maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • A calm and focused approach, managing stress and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • A passion for high-quality work, delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
  • Experience working with strata schemes and body corporates, with knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a generous base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
