Career Opportunities

We are seeking a strong leader with previous maintenance or engineering experience within a strata/MLR operation to take ownership of the maintenance department as our next Property Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of grounds people, applying a service-focused approach to managing contractor and guest requirements, and communicating effectively at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of Grounds People to ensure the property functions like a well-oiled machine
  • Apply a service-focused approach to managing contractor and guest requirements while carrying out scheduled maintenance
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, from the General Manager to guests and contractors working onsite
  • Work closely with all other departments, including Housekeeping and Front Office, to manage issues
  • Manage the roster of cleaning, gardening, and functioning of public facilities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong leadership style with previous maintenance or engineering experience within a strata/MLR operation
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, as well as exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • A comprehensive financial understanding of managing a profitable operation, and familiarity with WHS legislation compliance would be advantageous
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, ranging between $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
