The role of Building Manager is a senior management position, responsible for the caretaking responsibility of the residential scheme and upkeep of the building. The successful candidate will work closely with a large team, focusing on building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

A typical week for this role consists of:

  • Undertaking the responsibilities of building manager
  • Building strong trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Supervising the Public Area team to maintain high-quality work standards
  • Reporting to the Residential Body Corporate Committee on all caretaking matters
  • Attending and presenting at Body Corporate Committee Meetings
  • Arranging works per the Committee's request

The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail in building maintenance, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, a calm and focused approach, and a passion for high-quality work. Experience with strata and working with body corporates is highly desirable.
