About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for driving account growth, developing and executing innovative account strategies, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead proactive account growth, focusing on acquiring new business and minimizing erosion in renewals.
- Develop and execute innovative account strategies to grow and retain our most valuable accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless management process from initial prospecting to closing deals.
- Manage one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generate new opportunities, and expand existing work.
- Drive Kyndryl to new heights by building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners.
- Provide innovative solutions, positioning Kyndryl as a market leader.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance, maintaining a stellar reputation.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with more than 10 years of experience managing account P&L within IT Consulting or Retail or Energy or Finance industries. You should have a deep understanding of business and technology trends and industry best practices. Additionally, you should have extensive experience managing the sales process end-to-end and a proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, profitability, and risk assessment.
