Job Opportunity: Workplace Relations Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of sensitive workplace matters, including misconduct, bullying, harassment, and discrimination.
- Lead and manage complex investigations into workplace issues, gathering evidence and preparing clear findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to support effective resolution of cases.
Responsibilities:
Investigate workplace incidents and gather evidence-based analysis to inform clear findings and recommendations.
Manage case documentation throughout the lifecycle, maintaining accurate records and adhering to organizational standards.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or a related discipline.
Specialized workplace investigation qualifications and at least five years' experience conducting workplace or regulatory investigations.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze evidence, prepare clear investigation reports, and provide practical recommendations.
