Job Description

As a dedicated member of our team, this role plays a pivotal part in resolving employment relations matters.

This includes formal and informal performance counselling, investigation, employee engagement, and supporting negotiation and implementation of employment agreements.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

They must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as sound expertise in employment relations processes.

A qualification in HR or Industrial Relations is highly desirable, along with current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting on employment relations matters, including formal and informal performance counselling, investigation, employee engagement etc.
  • Leading complex workplace investigations and performance counselling processes
  • Supporting negotiation and implementation of employment agreements
Requirements
  • Qualifications in HR, Industrial Relations or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound expertise in employment relations processes
  • Demonstrated understanding of the sector would be highly regarded
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply)
