Job Role:
Lead InvestigatorThis position involves leading a team of investigators within the Professional Standards & Behaviours Department.
- Initial assessments are conducted to determine whether to investigate complaints of inappropriate workplace behaviour.
- Employee investigations are managed in a person-centred, trauma-informed, timely, transparent and impartial manner.
- Investigative processes, practices and frameworks are developed and improved to ensure timely and industry-best practice investigations.
- Investigation team members receive coaching and mentoring in best practice investigations and ongoing professional development.
- Guidance and advice on misconduct matters is provided to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include: overseeing initial assessments, managing employee investigations, developing investigative processes, coaching and mentoring investigation team members, and providing guidance and advice on misconduct matters.
Required Qualifications include: qualifications in Law, Human Resources or equivalent. Essential experience includes extensive relevant experience, leadership skills, highly developed written skills, and complex investigation experience.
