About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Easygo, a prominent service provider to top brands in the iGaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our social media accounts, including X, Instagram, and Facebook.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing and optimizing multiple social media accounts across various platforms, with a focus on growing, maintaining, and engaging an active community. They will be proficient with social media management tools like Buffer, TweetDeck, Hootsuite, or similar platforms to schedule posts, monitor activity, and track performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize multiple social media accounts across various platforms.
  • Growing, maintaining, and engaging an active community through meaningful connections and timely responses to inquiries, feedback, or comments.
  • Partner closely with the customer support team to assist with queries and concerns raised on social platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive community engagement, incorporating insights from industry trends and new ideas.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in community management and social media marketing.
  • Proven experience with social media management tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with the community and internal teams.
  • The ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to drive engagement.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus benefits and perks such as EAP access for you and your family, daily catered breakfast, and two full-time barista's who will make your daily coffee, tea, or fresh juice.
