We are seeking a skilled CRM professional to lead our Sydney Westfield store's client engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in clienteling, CRM, or customer experience in luxury retail and be able to drive client growth, interpret data, and foster meaningful relationships.
- Lead the development of personalized action plans for Client Advisors to maximize individual growth and CRM impact.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to design targeted initiatives aligned with business goals and store events.
- Oversee the management and development of the store's client portfolio, focusing on growing clients and increasing their potential.
- Support the creation and execution of in-store experiences, new product launches, and exclusive client events.
- Provide training, best practice sharing, and guidance to all store staff.
- Partner with PR, Retail, and Events teams to ensure a seamless luxury client experience.
