We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to help us grow our business and client base in the ANZ region.

About the Role

We seek a passionate and highly organized professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be driven by achieving exceptional outcomes for clients and the business.

This role reports to the Head of Client Success and is critical to helping the business achieve its ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities Include

Manage and retain existing accounts, focusing on retention and growth through regular client business reviews and tailored solutions.

Develop opportunities to drive growth within accounts and present system functionality to clients, train and onboard new clients effectively.

Support sales and marketing initiatives to identify opportunities within client portfolios and build strong client relationships and engagement.

Those who build long-term client relationships through regular meetings, providing value-added services, and helping clients get the most from our solutions.

Individuals comfortable using a range of technologies and with a proven track record building growth and great relationships within client portfolios.

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with demonstrated time management skills and experience in FMCG/CPG or SaaS industries an advantage.
