As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting products, and operating point of sale systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment and ensure safe working practices at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain customer loyalty
- Promote products and fantastic deals to drive sales growth
- Operate point of sale systems and manage stock deliveries
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Develop effective merchandising and stock control strategies to enhance store appearance
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Confident attitude and energetic approach to daily tasks
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills and problem-solving abilities
