Job Description
  • This key role is responsible for the general management and oversight of the portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Positioning and protecting the investment performance of the portfolio.
  • Facilitating resources, both in-house and outsourced, to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Liaising regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations as required.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' experience in property management.
  • Class 1 Real Estate license preferred, Class 2 essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and work in a highly team-oriented environment.
