Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team.

You will be responsible for the general management and overview of a national commercial and retail portfolio, leading a dedicated team. You will build strong relationships with clients and landlords to ensure that business objectives are met, and expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Positioning and protecting the investment performance of the portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
  • Facilitating resources, both in-house and outsourced, promoting an overall team effort to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Liaising regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations to clients in accordance with agreed standards and requirements, and conducting negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals, and leasing along with other tenant negotiations as required, in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 8 + years' experience in property management.
  • Class 1 Real Estate license preferred, Class 2 essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and your desire to work in a highly team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
