About the Role
Reporting to the Client Delivery Executive , you'll oversee a dynamic and diverse portfolio of investments and initiatives that support the growth, transformation, and operational success of our Retirement Solutions business.
Permanent Full time | Melbourne or Parramatta based | Leadership role in Program/Portfolio Management
In this role, you'll be accountable to
- Act as the central point of contact for senior executives, investment councils and steering committees—ensuring transparency and effective communication on the performance and status of the portfolio.
- Own the end-to-end management of the portfolio including demand management, evaluation and prioritisation, execution, and performance measurement.
- Drive strategic alignment across business and technology teams, ensuring maximum value from every investment.
- Lead quarterly portfolio reviews and support executive governance forums with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Provide leadership in resolving cross-project dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
Champion best practices in portfolio governance, documentation, and reporting.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in project and delivery leadership roles, including 3+ years of portfolio management experience .
- Proven experience managing complex portfolios with multiple concurrent projects and programs.
- Deep understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile , PMI , PRINCE2 , or MSP .
- Strong business acumen and analytical capability to align initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Confidence in communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and governance forums.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional teams and drive results.
