IT Application Portfolio Manager

The primary role of the Technical Application Expert is to ensure seamless application development, aligning with business objectives and meeting service level agreements through continuous process improvement.
- Maintain alignment between IT application portfolios and business needs by implementing governance and reporting regimes;
- Manage third-party applications and provide incident management support;
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver consistent service levels;
- Offer expert consultancy and support for application development, particularly during critical incidents, to meet business requirements effectively;
- Address complex issues, escalate when necessary, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Necessary work experience includes:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in application support;
- Experience managing third-party applications;
- Experience with incident management;
- Service Now experience or knowledge would be beneficial.
Preferred qualifications include:
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
