This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned technical leader to guide and mentor a team of risk engineers. Working closely with underwriters, the successful candidate will provide customer-focused risk management guidance, leveraging their expertise in risk management, loss prevention, and business continuity planning.

The role requires delivering property risk management services that support underwriting processes, collaborating with product, distribution, and broker partners to align QBE's risk engineering services with business and customer needs.

  • Contributing to developing and executing functional strategies, business plans, and objectives that align with divisional goals">
  • Embedding industry-leading property risk management services to establish QBE's unique value proposition within agreed service levels">
  • Researching and implementing innovative technological solutions to enhance property risk management offerings">
  • Ensuring comprehensive planning for initiatives and projects while developing and maintaining procedures, guidelines, and tools across AUSPAC">
  • Ensuring the quality of property risk engineering services, including risk survey reports and mitigation advice provided to broker partners and customers">
