- Build key relationships with Major Trading Partners.

- Develop customer-centric insights, innovative product solutions, and thorough risk management strategies.
- Foster collective approaches that address the needs of Major Trading Partners and Policyholders.
- Participate in forums to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and underwriting ethos.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects to enhance organizational value.
As a successful Senior Underwriter, you will be a seasoned insurance professional with proven Property Underwriting experience at a Senior Underwriter level. Your skills will include:
- Effective risk management and communication with internal and external customers.
- The ability to plan and manage peak periods efficiently.
- A strong interest in analytics and policy wording critique.
- Collaboration within a national team located across multiple locations.
- Mentorship and guidance for less experienced underwriters to develop their skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills, potentially leading to a product management career path.
