Property Risk Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for assessing and managing property-related risks. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions in line with established standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate property risks and develop underwriting strategies to minimize potential losses
- Manage a portfolio of property accounts, ensuring timely and accurate assessment of risk
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, developing targeted business plans to capitalize on emerging trends
- Determine premiums for new and renewal policies using industry-standard tools and frameworks
- Develop and review policy documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Solid experience in property underwriting, preferably with a focus on commercial or industrial properties
- Strong technical knowledge of risk assessment principles and methodologies
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and other stakeholders
- ANZIIF qualifications or equivalent (desired)
- A proactive, analytical approach with excellent problem-solving skills
