Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Practice Lead who will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of risk engineers, collaborating closely with underwriters to deliver property risk management services that support underwriting processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver Property Risk Management Services: Collaborate with underwriters to develop and implement effective property risk management strategies.
- Contribute to Functional Strategy: Work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute functional strategy, business plans, and objectives.
- Embed Industry-Leading Solutions: Research and implement innovative technological solutions to enhance property risk management offerings.
- Ensure Comprehensive Planning: Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and tools to ensure comprehensive planning for initiatives and projects.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience providing insurance property risk management services.
- Property Risk Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in property risk management, including advising on loss prevention and risk improvement strategies.
- Technical Leadership: Proven technical leadership experience in managing risk management services.
- Strong People Leadership Skills: Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
