Job Summary

The ideal candidate will lead a team of in-house Risk Engineers to provide industry-leading risk management services.

  • Deliver property risk management services to support underwriting processes and develop functional strategy, business plans, and objectives that align with divisional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embed industry-leading property risk management services to establish the company's unique value proposition within agreed service levels.
  • Research and implement innovative technological solutions to enhance property risk management offerings.
  • Ensure comprehensive planning for initiatives and projects while developing and maintaining procedures, guidelines, and tools across AUSPAC regions.

Requirements
  • Strong technical leadership experience in managing risk management services and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, as well as exceptional presentation skills.
