Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a senior banking professional, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and building long-term relationships with customers. You will manage all aspects of residential and commercial banking, utilizing your passion, expertise and customer-centric values to drive results.

Key Accountabilities
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with customers and referral partners to provide an integrated customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, stakeholders and externally with referral networks and brokers.
  • Contribute to credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses/increased limits up to your Delegated Commitment Authority (DCA).
  • Manage lending and product requests for small business customers with long term AAA pipeline for the customer portfolio.
  • Own retention related activities to deepen relationships with customers and increase loyalty.
  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business opportunities.
  • Provide expertise and insights about business options while balancing risk for growth and innovation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in traditional distributed business models specializing in solutions and relationship management for customers from $0-$5M in home lending and $0-$2M in small business lending.
  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline.
