    In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join the Commercial Real Estate team that's doubling down on winning together

    Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
    • Assess property development and investment transactions
    • Prepare and submit property lending proposals
    • Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
    • Utilise a structured sales approach to build and leverage relationships with specialists to deepen customer advocacy
    • Develop and improve professional excellence through the management of individual and team performance

    We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
    • Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.
    • Expertise in Commercial Real Estate (preference that you hold a business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification)
    • Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
    • A strong passion for customer service and driving customer advocacy
