Role Overview:
The Enterprise Growth Specialist is a critical role that drives the expansion of our client's office furniture and seating solutions into new markets and territories.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share for the client's offerings.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate offices, interior design firms, commercial spaces, and retail distributors.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners, distributors, and retailers to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities within the office furniture industry.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market developments, business opportunities, and challenges.

We provide lease sales professionals to overseas companies on a shared-time basis, enabling firms to enter new markets or grow in existing ones. Our representatives have a maximum of three complimentary clients and manage their physical client time accordingly.
