In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the Fund's third-party service providers for Members. This includes oversight and management of strategic relationships, contract and commercial arrangements, and facilitating the provision of fit-for-purpose third-party services into the Member teams.

This is a 6-month max-term contract opportunity, reporting to the Program Director. You will work closely with the Strategic Relationship Manager and teams across Fund Services, Member Operations, Member Experience, and Technology Services.

Key responsibilities include tracking and ensuring SLAs, quality metrics, vendor costs, and resolving relationship issues; coordinating or leading vendor-led initiatives; managing new and changing services; and managing periodic validation processes for vendor services.

Requirements include tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Business disciplines, minimum 8 years broad administration experience in investment management/superannuation/custodian sectors, solid understanding of administration vendors and services, and strong written and oral communication skills.
